Common questions

Can I try pieces on before I buy?

Yes. Everything in the cases can come out for you to hold and try on. That's the best way to see the true color of a stone.

How do I know the turquoise is real?

We tell you whether each stone is natural, stabilized or composite, and name the mine when it's known. Ask about any piece and we'll walk you through it.

Do you size rings and fit watch bands?

Yes. We offer ring sizing, repairs and watch band fitting in store. Bring your watch and we'll fit a turquoise band to it.

Can you hold a piece for me?

Send us a question with the piece you're after and when you can come in, and we'll let you know what we can do.

Do you gift wrap?

Yes, just ask at the counter.
